- We offer automatic or semi-automatic plating line, such as different types of hoisted type barrel plating line, racking & circular plating line, and so fourth. These kinds of plating lines are control by PC with gear type transmission or hydraulic power transmission.
- Power sources for plating:
• We supply different categories of FKG power source for plating, which are well designed, enable to save power, and stabilize voltage and current automatically.
• We also supply the power source for direct current oxidation, pulse oxidation, alternating current oxidation, which are supported by software. These software programmes can be designed through customers' technical requirement.
• We offer electrochemistry and electrolyse power sources with the current range between 1KA to 72KA; voltage range reaches 1,000 V. These power sources can regulate voltage with load and regulate current by silicon diode, or use silicon controlled to regulate voltage and current. We use main circuit with energy conservation. The control methods for these power sources can be controlled by remote control or microcomputer or small system centralized control. The cool down method for these power sources can be air cooling, oil cooling, air and water cooling or oil and water cooling.
• Pulse power source for Noble metal electroplating. These power sources can adjust frequency and airspace ratio, which enable to get a better result and save electroplating materials.
• High frequency Power source with slicked switch. This kind of power sources has the characters of small size, good- controlled ripple ratio, which are good for noble metals plating.
• We offer aptitude ampere-hour meter, aptitude electroplating power source, cyclical commutate power source, electrophoresis power source and high-low voltage rare earth smelting power source. All of these power sources are designed based on customers' technical requirements, which enable to do timing, set coulomb, and also can fulfill direct current output positive/negative plating, high and low voltage conversion.
- We offer power compensation (power back off) and electric networks harmonic suppression screen, which help to deal with the problem caused by silicon controlled rectifier such as harmonic pollution, low power. These machines can improve the effectiveness of electric networks and protect other equipments in order to save power.
